Sielox, Inc., formerly known as Dynabazaar, Inc. which was established as a Delaware Corporation in 1997, develops, designs and distributes a range of security solution products such as surveillance cameras, lenses, digital video recorders, high-speed domes and access control systems. The Company operates its business through two indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries: Costar Video Systems, LLC and Sielox, LLC.  The Costar subsidiary’s product line is based on security surveillance and industrial vision products, and the Sielox LLC subsidiary’s product line is based on access control systems.
